The FLN/NIPUN BHARAT Cluster Level Meeting for the 3rd Quarter of Academic Session 2025-2026 for Imphal Cluster was held at Kendriya Vidyalaya NHPC Loktak on 06.12.2025 with the objective of reviewing foundational learning, academic progress, and overall primary education functioning across the Kendriya Vidyalayas of Imphal Cluster. Discussions focused on strengthening classroom practices, enhancing student performance, and improving implementation of various initiatives under NIPUN Bharat. Principals and School Heads of all 09 KVs of the Cluster attended the meeting along with their respective HM/ Primary ICs. The following agenda points were discussed in the meeting:
1. Data Analysis of FLN, LAT (RO Level), ORF (Baseline)
2. Action Plan for Improvement in Students’ Performance
3. Proper Implementation of Classroom Library & Project 1/11/21
4. Remedial Classes for Slow Bloomers
5. Effective Use of ICT & More E-Classes
6. Focus on Inclusive Education
7. Morning Assembly by Primary Students (2 days a week)
8. Celebration of Important Days
9. HPC Report Card & Academic Report Card Distribution
10. Review of Newly Introduced Subjects – Gardening, Khelyoga, Bansuri
11. Review & Action Plan for Class 5 – Term I Results (RTE No Detention
Policy)
12. Exemplary Innovative Practices
13. SAS Activities
14. Inculcation of Civic Sense, Cleanliness & Hygiene
The meeting concluded with a collective commitment from all participating Kendriya Vidyalayas to strengthen foundational learning, enhance teaching practices, and ensure holistic development of primary students across the cluster. The discussions reinforced the importance of data-driven planning, inclusive education, ICT integration, and value-based activities. All schools agreed to implement the suggested action points with sincerity and collaborate actively to achieve the goals of NIPUN Bharat. The session ended with appreciation for the proactive participation of teachers and their heads.
